Structure & Frame
Our garden rooms are built on a robust timber frame engineered for longevity. We use sustainably sourced structural timber throughout, with a fully insulated floor, walls, and roof as standard. Every structure is designed to meet or exceed current building regulations, giving you a space that is warm, dry, and built to last.
Cladding Options
The exterior cladding defines the character of your garden room. We offer a range of materials and finishes to suit every style and setting — from natural untreated timber that weathers to a beautiful silver-grey, to pre-treated options in a wide range of colours.
Glazing & Doors
Light and access are central to any great garden room. We offer a full range of glazing options — from large fixed panes that frame your garden view, to bi-fold and sliding doors that open the space completely to the outdoors. All glazing is double-glazed as standard, with triple glazing available.
Roofing
We offer several roofing styles to complement your home and garden. Our most popular choice is the contemporary flat roof with a standing seam zinc or EPDM finish, but we also build pitched, mono-pitch, and lantern roof designs to suit more traditional settings.
Electrics & Lighting
A full electrical installation is included as standard in every SiRi garden room. We design the layout around how you intend to use the space — whether that means a simple lighting circuit and a few sockets, or a fully specified home office with data cabling, USB outlets, and smart lighting.
Interior Finishes
The interior of your garden room is finished to the same high standard as the rest of the build. Walls are lined with moisture-resistant plasterboard and skimmed to a smooth finish, ready for your choice of paint or wallpaper. Flooring options range from engineered hardwood to luxury vinyl tile.
