Everything starts with a conversation. Richard, our Client Liaison Officer, will visit your property at a time that suits you for a free, no-obligation consultation. He'll listen to your ideas, assess your garden, discuss your budget, and answer any questions you have. There's no hard sell — just honest, expert advice.

Design & Quote
Following your consultation, our design team will produce detailed drawings and a fully itemised, fixed-price quote. You'll see exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs — no hidden extras, no surprises. We'll work through any revisions until you're completely happy before anything is agreed.

The Build
Once you're happy with the design and quote, we agree a start date and get to work. Our experienced team manages the entire build from groundworks to final fit-out, keeping you updated throughout. Most garden rooms are completed within two to four weeks, with minimal disruption to your home and garden.

Handover & Aftercare
When the build is complete, Richard will walk you through your new garden room, demonstrate all the features, and answer any final questions.
